Colourfull gardens of kysuce region served as base for this painting. Tulip as decoration element of natural ornamental pattern was used by christiandom as symbol of eternal life. Most beautifull and most non-used part of wedding dress of young ladies of Oščadnica was wedding wreath. After midnight, as part of tradition, it was given to first bridesmaide to became a wife as soon as possible. Traditional wreath used to be bought in shop, base of wreath was made of strong wire tied in with wax and cloth flowers, tiny tears and gold needles with silver pearls. On wedding day was wreath added by fresh rosemary as symbol of girl´s virginity. Wreath used to be tied up on pigtail with red stripes. Through stripes were placed stripes of various colour. Under wreath bride used to wear a pigtail. Wedding dress was added by chiffon based cloth placed over shoulders.
