“Parta” of young woman of Dobra Niva is composed of crown hardened by cardboard sewn by white stripe on top of parta precisely on back top was placed wreath. On backs were wide red stripes. On sides joined by thin black stripes which were symbols of brides sadness. Top wreath was made of small pearls and wax flowers and leaves. “Parta” was worn in village till 30s of last century and then was replaced by flower wreath. The last original “parta” is placed in Slovak national museum in city of Martin. In early 20th century start to dominate embroidery by cross style technique in black colour. Rich pattern of embroidery in paintings backround came from “odiecka” (type of pinafore) which was part of wedding dress. Bird pattern- soul´s symbol used on model´s face suppose to represent girl growing into mature woman.
